Description
The Firmware Update Utility software is used for updating the firmware of the following products:

    AI-5120  Telephone Line Monitor
    AI-7280  Central Office Line Simulator

To use this software application simply download and execute the installation program.  Once the installation completes, connect the devices to be updated to the PC and run the Firmware Update Utility.  The software automatically checks for newer firmware versions posted on our website.  Any newer versions are downloaded and stored on the PC as a local copy.  To proceed with the firmware update, simply click the Update Units button.

Note, the AI-5120 and AI-7280 must be connected to the PC's RS-232 serial port in order to perform a firmware update.
