CID950N
- NTT (Japanese) Type I Caller ID Signal Simulator Description:
The CID950N software program is a high level Caller ID signal simulator for the NTT
(Japanese) Type I Caller ID system. As the NTT Caller ID system is unique in its signaling
method and data layer, this program differs from the CID1500 (FSK Caller ID) and CID750D
(DTMF Caller ID) programs. It allows a large degree of control over the signaling
parameters and data layer characteristics, while maintaining an easy to use graphical
interface. The software automates complicated testing procedures via a built in scripting
language interpreter and editor. As part of the AI-150 and AI-120 products, the program is
designed to fully test and exercise any Caller ID device compliant to the NTT Type I
standard.

Note: When using the CID950N with the AI-120, only the script
language interpreter features are available. As the AI-120 is meant for controlled
production environments, the CID950N program restricts itself to only executing scripting
programs or pre-defined configuration files created with the AI-150.
