Details
|
The AI-410 consists of an ISA PC plug-in
card and software drivers. The plug-in card,
called a Telephone Signal Processing Card (TSPC),
performs emulation of a single telephone line
with DSP based signal generation and analysis
capabilities. The functions of the TSPC can be
integrated into existing test systems or custom
applications can be developed using the
capabilities of the TSPC. Supplied with
Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL’s), the TSPC can
be controlled from virtually any Windows
programming language. This includes Visual C++,
Visual Basic, LabView, HP VEE, or even VBA built
into Excel or Word. The DLL’s provide a
collection of functions that can generate tones,
DTMF, FSK, along with measuring AC levels, THD+N,
and DTMF signals. For multi-line applications,
the DLL’s can support up to 4 TSPC’s
within a single PC.
The software package includes DLL’s for:
Windows 3.1 (16 bit applications)
Windows 95/98 (16 bit applications)
Windows 95/98 (32 bit applications)
Windows NT/2000 (32 bit applications)
Also included is a 16 bit Windows 3.1,
95/98 application program that demonstrates the function
calls of the DLL. The application allows the user
to call each function in the DLL with specified
parameters, along with showing the function
prototype and providing an on-line help file.
